customer service horrible. Just trying to get through them took 10 mins. Had to upgrade a wifi modem and router all in the name for Isreal, also download an app which steals more data. ohh and xumo, another thing that steals more data. ofc it wasnt free i had to pay and set it up myself. something they said was easy is taking 2 days. none of the qr codes show appropriate connections or what to do after connecting it. dont pay for this product. i know i won't in a few weeks.

For the Samsung and Roku experience using the spectrum TV app. I hate using using the Samsung remote for the spectrum TV and they don't make it universal remote friendly because the use of the back button. Wish they were on Google TV TVs and LG TVs because they have better remotes than Samsung. Roku is fine but still wish the app could be use without needing the back button to work like Netflix and HBO Max. Also, the app don't highlight what shows are new. I have to Google them.

Much like their service, this app is garbage. Everything was fine until they did upgrades in my area. Now nothing works. The app is supposed to be helpful but isn't. Whenever you try to do anything on the app it just keeps sending you in circles or trys to sell you more unreliable junk. The "Chat" is a waste of time. They just tell you the obvious in the most polite woke way possible. You can't even report an outage in your area. No wonder Spectrum is losing customers.
