I enjoyed app at first. I cancelled subscription and still have time left through December 2 and they DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY which I didn’t want back. All I wanted was the subscription through December 2. I would subscribe back around that time. After emailing them several times I got NO RESPONSE. I am waiting for Apple to respond. So now I can’t see my saves videos on cloud which I have paid for!! They want me to subscribe again. I am highly disappointed in their customer service and product if they don’t refund my money or give me back my access!!!

EDIT: as of 10/30 i’ve dropped down to 2 stars…it still takes forever to load as both of my cameras still currently show 10/28 at 11pm…all i see is that blue circle in the middle of both of my cameras, spinning….what’s the point in paying for something that works when it wants to work…the video quality is still great but it does no good if i can’t actually see on real time or past time for the matter…maybe my cameras will catch up to today’s date before tomorrow comes the quality is wonderful but it does take a while to load when trying to view live. It will circle for a while. I also don’t like the fact that I have to pay $30 to record per camera after already paying for the cameras themselves and putting them on the same wifi network. Cameras also miss movement when i’m leaving or returning home or when others are approaching or leaving my home. There is also a delay with notifications. I will see people walking in front of my camera from my window or I will walk by my camera and then about a minute later, the notification will go off. By the time live view finishes circling and pulls up, it’s already too late

When I first got the camera, I struggled with getting the connection, but eventually got it. I love the camera, however, my issue is with the delay of accessing a Live View of the camera when I’m away from home. Under WiFi, it would access just fine but still had a slight delay when it says a motion at the front door. It doesn’t always register and send the notification so I can see fast enough. When I click on the notification, it loads for a good few minutes before accessing it and by time it loads…whoever it was are now gone in or left the property. So, the delay is my biggest issue when I’m away from home. Sometimes it doesn’t notify me that someone just left out the front door. I have it right where it picks up when the front door opens and I know it should pick up when we leave home because it do every time I open my front door to walk it I get a phone notification. My niece goes out and it barely picks her up and I’m not sure why. She can’t avoid it because it’s right there. Anyway, I still like the camera though.
