Fast, easy and reliable. Their delivery option is so much smoother than the pickup option. Normally the pickup option i have so many things go wrong, but the delivery does good all the time. No missing items, you can say if there was a problem with the order etc. If you want to save some money do instacart delivery. I will never do pickup again.

I was using the app for a while now it doesn't even open. just closes on the loading screen. Great convient app. Also, small suggestion: in the app when you're doing a pick up it forces you to choose a car. I don't drive and so there was a lot of confusion in store. Perhaps add a "pick up in store" option instead of just curbside.

Horrible customer service. Instacart doesn't care about customers at all. I've had multiple instances of shoppers canceling after they did all the shopping, so I'm assuming they are just taking my stuff for themselves, and customer service won't help AT ALL. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond in the chat. Absolutely terrible, 0/10. Do not recommend.
