I accidentally charged $15 thinking I could buy something else, and just wanted to swap the purchase, but there is NO real support! Only a useless chatbot replies and never solves anything. I’m very disappointed, especially since this happened after spending so much time and money here. Avoid this game if you care about real customer service

servicemonetizationI started this game for a "play to get paid" app, and ended up loving this game so much I forgot about the app that got me started for awhile lol. its slow to start out, but has by far one of the best, most detailed and efficient battle games for a phone platform. I never even liked playing online games where alliances and such were basically required - but this game gas so many fun events, so many people, and lots of cool stuff thats kept it exciting and after a year I still love it!!

monetizationperformance_and_bugscustomer_supporterror_handling_and_messagesdefinitely a pay to play game. you don't win anything or achive anything without spending large amounts of money. the game has been going for too long. no longer an option to play without paying to catch up. plus they don't know how to do math. I am constantly finding math errors. plus I don't get items I won or bought. help doesn't work so I can complain.
