For the Samsung and Roku experience using the spectrum TV app. I hate using using the Samsung remote for the spectrum TV and they don't make it universal remote friendly because the use of the back button. Wish they were on Google TV TVs and LG TVs because they have better remotes than Samsung. Roku is fine but still wish the app could be use without needing the back button to work like Netflix and HBO Max. Also, the app don't highlight what shows are new. I have to Google them.

Much like their service, this app is garbage. Everything was fine until they did upgrades in my area. Now nothing works. The app is supposed to be helpful but isn't. Whenever you try to do anything on the app it just keeps sending you in circles or trys to sell you more unreliable junk. The "Chat" is a waste of time. They just tell you the obvious in the most polite woke way possible. You can't even report an outage in your area. No wonder Spectrum is losing customers.

So unreliable it's pathetic. Needing to unplug and replug my router/modem daily is ridiculous. Yes, sometimes my Wi-Fi comes back online, but it's been an hour now and it hasn't, and it comes/goes since I got it, in August. Restarting my equipment from the app doesn't even work because it can't connect to them to make them restart. "You must manually restart your equipment", so frequently. I do not plan on staying with spectrum.
