*update* February 9th, 2024. I have made some awesome material with this app it just took a little to figure out what technique works best. I have credits but keep getting a failed message. Waiting on developer response. *update* app is very expensive because you only get a certain amount of credits and even if you don't like the finished product the credits are removed from your account. I have made some cool pieces but I've gotten a lot of waste as well.

Used this app for awhile. Bought credits, but kaiber still slammed every piece of content w/massive watermarks. I asked why, customer service told me cause I didn't have a recurring monthly package. So even though they get paid for credits you buy, they also need you to have a monthly recurring membership. That is double dipping from their customers and is a poor business practice. After my credits expire I will never use this service again.

What appears to have happened is that this company updated their website with an entirely different (more robust) suite of features. But, the credit system works differently, and this mobile app is completely broken now. I paid for a yearly membership, will NOT be renewing. It feels like you swapped out the product I purchased assuming it would be okay because it's an improvement. But I'm no longer able to use it in the same way that I purchased. Feels like a deceptive business practice.
