The Sizzle app is such a game changer for both home cooks and food content creators. You can find your new favorite recipes and order the ingredients directly on the app, which is super helpful! I like that it has somewhat of a social media aspect, as each recipe has a fun to watch short form video that goes with it. The app is quite user friendly and lays out the cooking process in a way that's easy to understand. No more digging through the recipes you saved months ago and losing track of the ingredients, then going to the grocery store and still forgetting that one ingredient. The app can also save you money, as you don't have the temptation of impulse purchases that you may have at the grocery store. As a food content creator myself, this app is a great way to encourage followers to try my recipes, and it makes it a lot easier on their end to shop the ingredients. Also love how Sizzle offers a solution to monetizing content, meaning that I can keep doing what I love, which is creating. It's a win for everyone!

I just downloaded the app today & I am loving it so far! I’ve realized with a lot of the tiktok videos I’m transferring, the creators don’t actually include the ingredients/measurements in the video, or in the caption- and direct viewers to their website or substack for the full recipe. It would be nice if we could import recipes using just links from ordinary websites instead of having to build a post completely from scratch. Is this a possibility? If we could import recipes from traditional web links, I’d totally be migrating all of my recipes from Pinterest over to this app. I LOVE that it creates your grocery list for you. You’re breaking down so many barriers with this app. THANK YOU!

This SEEMS like it works really well, but when I recently questioned the amounts of some ingredients in a recipe I had imported, I went back and looked at the original video and they were totally incorrect, making me question every recipe video I had imported. Also, you can’t easily click through to the original video if you do have questions - I had to manually re-find it. Finally, it takes a really long time to load every time you open it, and when you search recipes you get not only ones you’ve saved, but also a bunch of others. There’s no way to organize recipes or put them into collections or anything, so it’s just a mass of recipes you’ve saved that you can’t exclusively search. I had high hopes but I don’t feel like this is going to be that useful, especially at the price I paid.
