This app used to be good and work well, but around late 2023, it became unstable and difficult to use. And around early 2025, every single news story that is a video (not text) ALWAYS results in opening the WRONG video — and that video is always the exact SAME (incorrect) video! So basically, ALL video stories are completely USELESS in this app! To make matters worse, when launching the app for the FIRST time, it NEVER fully loads. You must QUIT the app and then launch it a second time.

I like the varied news sources with the MSN app, but with Microsoft being in the top 3 of the I.T. game, you'd think they would figure out how to get the correct video to play when you tap on you want to watch from the home page. Plus, it seems that half of the stories on the homepage are videos that you cannot access. I've left feedback twice re this and nothing changes. Will probably uninstall and go to another news app, again!

This used to be a fun app in which you could collect points to get a simple gift card. Now it's going dystopian on me and the algorithm is not allowing me to redeem my points and yes I have plenty of points to use. 3 times I contact customer support and nothing resolved. I try again and now they won't even let me submit my issue. They definitely have major glitch issues in their news articles as well. Somebody at Microsoft if you see this...do something instead of sipping on Starbucks all day.
