The new app is horrible! Please go back to the old one!! have to enter driver ID and truck number each time. It used to save that info. Also have to enter a trip and trailer number. Also makes me enter my wallet code. Lastly I have to select truck or RV lanes. I never had to do that before. Please, please, please go back to the old app. If my company didn't prefer we fuel here, I would switch to Love's just because of how bad this app is!

A great example of, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Since the latest "update", the fuel option doesn't work about half the time. Not hyperbole. Maybe even more than half in fact. Says, "this store doesn't have mobile fueling", or something to that effect. Or it won't take the truck number or driver ID or something else along the way. Which brings me to the next point: why do we have to RE-ENTER OUR INFO NOW ANYWAY? The app used to save the truck number and driver ID etc! It's garbage now.

can't reserve showers at all at some locations with new update. You can't see how many showers are available, you can't see if there's a line or not. upon attempting the check any of this, it automatically opts you in for a shower. now, if you want to receive a text message about your shower, they want you to opt-in to receive a bunch of useless promotional messages as well. It's something no one wants to agree to!!!!! USELESS....y break something that worked!!!!???????
